Mark brings hands-on experience and industry acumen to his current position, having served as Sr. VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager of Global Recruiting Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at several top-tier technology corporations, including VCE (DELL), Fujitsu Consulting, and Siebel Systems (Oracle).
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource administration from the University of St. Leo and his MBA from Baker College with an emphasis in Human Resources.

With more than 20 years of contingency and retained search experience working for a national search firm, Joe’s unwavering career commitment to recruiting includes helming his own firm for a decade, as well as his role for SAP.
In addition to Joe’s extensive recruiting experience, he is uniquely comprehensive with several disciplines including software industry sales, finance and accounting leadership, talent acquisition, and facilities management.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in leadership training, coaching, sales, team building, recruiting, employee development and business operations.
With a sales and entrepreneurial background, Scott brings a unique perspective to the acquisition of good talent. He finds great satisfaction in introducing hard-to-find talent to our clients, and fostering growth opportunities for both.
Outside the office, Scott is a public speaker, coach, and committed mentor and teacher. As a black belt in Taekwondo, he leads one of the largest martial arts classes in the state, volunteering his time to help kids be confident and safe while challenging them to serve in their communities and have integrity in their world.
My relationship with Mark the CareerAve team spans more than eight years with two different, high-growth technology companies, VCE and McAfee. VCE was a joint venture between VMware, Cisco and EMC. In 2010 we were challenged with the aggressive goal of growing from 30 employees to 1,000 within 12 months. Mark and his team were engaged for a number of initiatives including global sales recruiting all recruiting operations and the selection and implementation of our first MSP.
Immediately upon leaving VCE, now Dell, and joining McAfee in February 2017, I once again retaining Mark and his organization to aid us in the reconstruction of the global talent acquisition organization. This would prepare McAfee for a spin-out from Intel so McAfee could be taken private. In addition to re-organizing our TA model, we had to simultaneously scale our global recruiting team and resources and had to quickly create highly scalable, fluid processes. Mark and the CareerAve team continue to be instrumental in the helping McAfee grow our TA team, develop and launch multiple global talent acquisition programs and generate operational intelligence.
